Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me, and I do my best to be flexible for your needs, and show up when I am expected. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I will require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. All appointments are confirmed via text or call the evening beforehand as a courtesy. I will consider the appointment confirmed with or without a response. 

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply;

• Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the groom which will be applied to the next groom session. 

• “NO SHOWS” will result in a charge of 100% of the groom price.
